TinyKernel

What is it?

TinyKernel is an operating system kernel that is being developed by Owen Boreham. Owen is actively working on the project, and is keeping it very alive. Currently, the kernel consists of somewhat completely original code, almost not resembling any other Kernel out there. For example, the linux kernel had a very much different tree structure at the time of creation compared to TinyKernel. The kernel is in no shape for daily use, obviously, it hasn't even made it into userspace yet, but that is on it's way. The main idea of developing it at this time is to learn from it and to continue building upon it.

Who is it for?

TinyKernel are for the hobbyists who like to play around with computers and interacting with the actual hardware. There are even more features being added to it every day and improvements keep coming.
